For the last 15 months the Heritage Society has been part of the Artisan Naturalists Project.
This has been research, financed by a Heritage Lottery Fund grant, into the Nineteenth Century botanists that our neighbourhood was famous for.

Many thanks for the film. It is a pity that it didn’t go into more detail about the botanists themselves. Also a pity that it wasn’t available at the meeting a couple of weeks ago when we could have seen it on big screen. I hope that there are plans to expand it.
